Heres what CricBuzz says about him.
Indrajitsinhji was the great nephew of Ranjitsinhji, and the nephew of Duleepsinhji. Even though he was a good wicket-keeper in the domestic circuit, he was kept out of the national team by prominent names like Farokh Engineer and Budhi Kunderan. Unfortunately, he only got his chances when both of them were either injured or weren't playing well at all.
The biggest moment of his career was when he played in all three Tests against Australia in 1964-65. Even though he didn't get a lot of success both as a batsman and as a wicket-keeper, he had his moment of glory as part of the Indian team. In the Bombay test, he and Chandu Borde put on 32 runs for the 9th wicket, helping India to a special 2-wicket win over the Aussies.
However, this was not enough to keep his place in the team after Engineer and Kunderan were back. In 1969-70, an injury to Engineer provided him the opportunity to represent India againt New Zealand at Hyderabad. This was the last Test in which Indrajitsinhji was involved.
Representing Delhi and Saurashtra, Indrajitsinhji had a good first-class career that lasted for almost two decades (1954-1973). In 90 matches, he scored 3694 runs at an average of 26.76, which includes five centuries as well. As a wicket-keeper, he had 210 dismissals to his name.
In 2011, he breathed his last in Mumbai. He was 73 years old.

Heres what ESPNcricinfo says about him.
A competent wicketkeeper and a sound right-hand batsman, who could open or go in the middle order, Indrajitsinhji was perhaps unfortunate that the best part of his career coincided with those of Engineer and Kunderan, meaning his only chaces came when both of them were injured or out of favour. He got his big break when he played in all three Tests against Australia in 1964-65. He achieved only modest success both as batsman and wicketkeeper but enjoyed his moment of glory when he helped Chandu Borde to put on 32 runs for the unbroken ninth-wicket partnership to help India clinch a memorable two-wicket victory at
Bombay. However he did not do enough to consolidate his place in the side and Kunderan and Engineer kept him out until an injury to Engineer brought him back for one more Test - against New Zealand at Hyderabad in 1969-70. That remained the extent of Indrajitsinhji's Test career. But he was a major success in the Ranji Trophy while playing for both Delhi and Saurashtra. He was one of the first wicketkeepers to complete 100 dismissals in the national competition and in 1960-61 claimed 23 victims, then the record. In a first class career that stretched almost 20 years, Indrajitsinhji scored 3694 runs (26.76) with five centuries and had 210 dismissals, 133 of them caught.
